SynopsisDanica Patrick was developed on March 25, 1982 in Beloit, Wisconsin. She dropped of twelfth grade to pursue racing. In 2002 she signed with Rahal- Letterman Racing. Patrick was the 4th woman to race within the Indianapolis 500. Her 4th place finish was the biggest ever for any female driver and she was the very first woman ever to guide while in the race.

Patrick was named Rookie of The Year for the 2005 IRL Championship.Patrick's 2006 year began tragically when teammate Paul Dana was killed from a crash the morning of the Toyota Indy 300.
